The Torkret Plus business web project is owned by the following three Croatian companies from the Istrian County, headquartered in Pula, which control it and manage it legally responsible: Torkret d.o.o. Torkret Plus Team both on its own and on behalf of our affiliated companies respects your privacy and is strongly committed to maintaining the security of all data it collects from or about you. This Privacy Policy provides detailed information about our practices regarding the personal data we collect from or about visitors when they use our website, applications and services.
Collection of personal data
Personal data provided by visitors
If they CREATE OR REPLACE an account to use our services or communicate with us AS , we collect personal information about visitors in the followin way:
Account Information:
if a visitor creates an account with us, we collect information associated with his account, including his name, contact information, date of birth, account credentials, payment information and transaction history;
User content:
we collect personal information that is included in the input, file uploads, or feedback that you provide to our services;

we may disclose personal data to our affiliated companies, which means an entity that controls Torkret Plus, is controlled by Torkret Plus or is under common control with it. Our affiliated companies may use this personal data in accordance with this Privacy policy;

certain features allow you to interact or share information with other users or third parties. The information you share with third parties is subject to their own terms and privacy policies, which you should review before sharing your information with them.

Torkret Plus processes your personal data, for the purposes described in this Privacy policy, on servers located in different jurisdictions. Although data protection laws vary from country to country, we apply the safeguards described in this Policy regardless of where your personal data is processed and only transfer it in accordance with legally valid transfer mechanisms.
Security
We implement commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures to protect personal information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, since no Internet or email transmission is ever fully secure or error free, you should take special care in selecting the information you provide through the services or email. In addition, we disclaim any liability if any privacy settings or security measures available within the services or on third-party websites are circumvented.
Minors
Our services are not intended for persons under the age of 18. We do not intentionally collect personal information from persons under the age of 18. If you believe that a minor has provided personal information to the Torkret Plus Platform through our services, please notify us by email. If the information is found to be accurate, we will remove the personal information provided by the minor from our systems.
