In the early 2000s, with the ARS construction company Ars and our own team clearly focused on the quality of execution, we stepped into a diverse spectrum of construction services such as house building, facade and plastering, reinforced concrete pool construction, roof repairs and landscaping.
At the time, Ars had about fifteen employees – the aforementioned fieldwork strengthened existing knowledge, and through new experiences, new skills were acquired. Consequently, self-confidence grew.

In relation to the modern, both global and local increasingly competitive market, over time the need for further specialization naturally arose, and thus the company Torkret was founded, focused on the construction of swimming pools on a “turnkey” basis. The swimming pool construction in such a way that the entire process, from preparation to completion of the works, was carried out exclusively in our own arrangement without external subcontractors, allowed us to fully control quality and meet deadlines.
As the word about our reliability spread and our business volume grew, pool maintenance and pool technology were consequently separated into the newly formed company ‘Pool Design’, while Torkret continued to evolve oriented towards pool surface finishes and the Duraston system.
Parallel to all of this, through the research and development of ideas and products made of thin-layer concrete, the company ‘Creativ Beton’ was born, focused on design and functional solutions from concrete with high esthetic value.

Today, in addition to swimming pools and concrete solutions, we also invest our knowledge, expertise and experience in the world of real estate, having entered the field of residential construction with our own forces. In other words, with residential projects such as the construction of housing units i.e. the construction of residential buildings and their direct sale by the investor, we further enrich our offer and confirm our long-term vision of development.

Although organized through several specialized companies, embraced by common values ​​and quality standards, we operate as a single sophisticated system with always the same goal: to create durable, functional, energy-efficient and authentically passionate esthetic solutions that we ourselves would gladly invest in.
