Torkret Plus is a business web project that is jointly developed and powered by three Croatian companies based in Pula – Istria County.
The Torkret Plus project was notionally conceived in the second half of 2025, after which several months of concept development, market analysis, various data processing, and, among other things, optimization of all processes followed. Finalized in a trilingual format, in Croatian, English and Italian, the project was officially launched and presented to the public via the Internet on 04.05.2026 as the “Torkret Plus Multipurpose Platform”.
The multipurpose platform Torkret Plus is designed as a meeting place for the needs of both individuals and economic activities with practical, standard and personalized solutions. In this sense, the platform, with the intention of further development and expansion by introducing new activities and services, initially started in the areas of construction of residential buildings and the accompanying offer of apartments directly from investor<\/a>, real estate<\/a> in general, design and construction and maintenance of swimming pools<\/a>, procurement and installation of pool technology and additional pool equipment<\/a>, offer of concrete products<\/a> and construction pharmacy<\/a>.<\/p>

Considerably grown and proud of the business level and quality we have reached and the reputation we have acquired, we continue our story with balanced modesty, while, just as in the very beginning, regarding a better tomorrow – devoting special attention, among other things, to the man himself, ecological awareness, environmental protection, as well as energy efficiency. In the early 2000s, with the ARS construction company Ars and our own team clearly focused on the quality of execution, we stepped into a diverse spectrum of construction services such as house building<\/a>, facade and plastering, reinforced concrete pool construction, roof repairs and landscaping.
At the time, Ars had about fifteen employees – the aforementioned fieldwork strengthened existing knowledge, and through new experiences, new skills were acquired. Consequently, self-confidence grew.<\/p>

In relation to the modern, both global and local increasingly competitive market, over time the need for further specialization naturally arose, and thus the company Torkret was founded, focused on the construction of swimming pools on a “turnkey” basis. The swimming pool construction in such a way that the entire process, from preparation to completion of the works, was carried out exclusively in our own arrangement without external subcontractors, allowed us to fully control quality and meet deadlines.
As the word about our reliability spread and our business volume grew, pool maintenance<\/a> and pool technology were consequently separated into the newly formed company ‘Pool Design’, while Torkret continued to evolve oriented towards pool surface finishes and the Duraston<\/a> system.
Parallel to all of this, through the research and development of ideas and products made of thin-layer concrete, the company ‘Creativ Beton’ was born, focused on design and functional solutions from concrete with high esthetic value.<\/p>

Today, in addition to swimming pools and concrete solutions, we also invest our knowledge, expertise and experience in the world of real estate, having entered the field of residential construction with our own forces. In other words, with residential projects such as the construction of housing units i.e. the construction of residential buildings and their direct sale by the investor, we further enrich our offer and confirm our long-term vision of development.<\/p>

Although organized through several specialized companies, embraced by common values \u200b\u200band quality standards, we operate as a single sophisticated system with always the same goal: to create durable, functional, energy-efficient and authentically passionate esthetic solutions that we ourselves would gladly invest in.<\/p>
